    Sunshine Paints Ltd. 19 Lake Road, Lonavala. Dear Sir, This letter is typed in indented form. Note that the inside address is indented and each paragraph begins five spaces away from the margin. This form is considered old-fashioned now. The indention causes the letter to have uneven appearance at the left margin and is not very pleasing. It also takes more time to type because of indenting.

    Sunshine Paints 19 Lake Road Lonavala Dear Sir This letter is in Full Block Form. Note that each paragraph begins at the margin. The date line, the complementary close, the signature and the designation also start from the left hand margin itself. As there is absolutely no indention, this form takes the shortest time to type. It is very useful in a firm which sends out a number of letters. The only drawback of this form is that its appearance on the sheet is heavy on the left and rather empty on the right. Every line begins with the left-hand margin except for the date, complimentary close and the signature block. There are no commas at the end of the inside address. The address is in block form and the paragraphs are indented five spaces away from the margin. This form is used by many firms but does not appear to be streamlined.     Sunshine Paints 19 Lake Road, Lonavala. Dear Sir, In case you are looking out for a different, rather than eye-catching form, the hanging indention form is quite suitable. Address is in block form and subsequent lines of every paragraph are indented. As the first line of every paragraph hangs out, it attracts attention. Hanging indention form finds its place in sales letters, collection letters that needs to catch the eye. Both its irregular placing and the extra typing time requires it to be ruled out of the routine letters.
