Fall  2012-­‐Present.  Pavement  Pieces     Contributing  writer  for  NYU’s  Reporting  New  York/the  Nation  online  publication,  www.  PavementPieces.com.  Focus   on  environmental  issues  in  New  York.  Write,  research,  report,  photograph  and  pitch  stories  for  web.    Live  blogging   experience  with  Scribble  Live.  Traveled  to  Washington  D.C.  and  Connecticut  to  report.  Contributor  to  YoungVote.net,  a   Pavement  Pieces  project  dedicated  to  voter  issues  among  people  younger  than  30  and  the  2012  presidential  election.     Fall  2009–  Spring  2012.  The  Setonian  Pirate  Life  (A&E)  Assistant  Editor     Seton  Hall’s  student  newspaper.  Assistant  Pirate  Life  Editor,  Fall  2011  to  Spring  2012.  Staff  Writer  in  News  and  Pirate   Life  sections,  Fall  2009  to  Spring  2011.  Copy  Editor,  Fall  2010  to  Spring  2011.  Wrote  articles,  designed  page  layouts   and  worked  with  other  editorial  board  members  and  staff  writers  to  create  weekly  paper.     Fall  2011-­‐Spring  2012     Freelance  reporter  for  N.J.  hyperlocal  publications  BaristaNet.com  and  theAlternativePress.com.   Summer  2011.  The  Daily  Record—Parsippany,  N.J.     News  Intern.  Worked  as  staff  reporter  for  a  daily  Morris  County,  N.J.  based  newspaper.  Pitched,  wrote  and  reported  on   stories  for  print  and  web.  Traveled  within  Morris  County  to  report.    

Social Media experience

Fall  2011-­‐Present.  Dancers  Pointe  Social  Media  Coordinator   Update  company  Facebook  page  (grew  likes  by  over  300).  Started  and  maintain  @dancerspointenj  Twitter  profile.   Send  mass  emails  to  mailing  list  with  over  1000  subscribers.  Update  and  maintain  company  website.   Fall  2008-­‐Spring  2012.  ONE  Campaign,  Seton  Hall,  President     Spearheaded  organization’s  social  media  presence.  Started  Facebook  and  Twitter  profiles  as  well  as  a  Tumblr  blog.   Grew  administration-­‐funded budget  during  presidency  by  nearly  70%.  National  Top  100  student  leader  for  all  years   of  executive  board  membership.  Chosen  to  attend  ONE  Summit  in  Washington  D.C.  in  both  2010  and  2011.
