Project Title BKPS: Buko ni Juan Payroll System

II.

Area of Investigation To accomplish this project, I study and research about existing the payroll systems that have been using by the companies in the Philippines. I research about guides in systems, making databases, contents and sample interfaces of a payroll system. I also research about the types of how to secure the payroll system and how to distribute the salary of the employee's.

III.

Significance of the Study

This system will be significant to the employee's and the companies. This will provide more convenient way by storing the salaries of the employee's and the distribution of the paychecks employee's in the payroll system which is being managed by the companies. This system is marketable to medium and up to large scale enterprise with more than 100 employees of headcount/man power with the ability to produce a printable salary accounts.

Scope and Limitation of the Study

This system aims to develop a printable salary's of the employee's of the payroll system. This system limits the following: Store data about the wages of the employee's, includes name of employee's, sex, department, position and the salary. Records of works. Use of this system is limited to the employee's and company.

V.

Target Users/Beneficiaries

EPS will target medium and large scale enterprise with more than 100 headcount/ manpower. This can help businesses with their salaries computation,

this can be also help the employee's to know his salary/wages in the record's of payment.

VI.

Similarities/Differences with Existing System

Existing printable payroll systems contains information about wages of employee's, consists of companies and employees. They also contain the transaction of employee's and the management. This system only covers a payroll system with an employee's and company only.

VII.

System Development Tools to be Used BKPS system development tools include Java (built in Net Beans IDE 7.0 as front end) and MS Access (as back end).
