LLC and Consent to Substitute Counsel
Dear Ronald R. Wolfe & Associates, PL:
Bank of America, N.A. is the owner or loan servicer of numerous loans throughout Florida. This letter
shall serve as evidence and acknowledgment that Bank of America has authorized the withdrawal of the
Ronald R. Wolfe & Associates, PL as its counsel for every case on the attached exhibit, and has retained
McCalla Raymer, LLC, to appear and substitute as counsel for Ronald R. Wolfe & Associates, PL and to
assume responsibility for those cases as of the filing of McCalla Raymer, LLC Notice of
Pursuant to Rule 2.505(e)(2) of the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, Bank of America, by this
letter, consents to the substitution of McCalla Raymer, LLC as its counsel and requests that it be taken as
such for the purposes of obtaining an Order of Substitution of Counsel so that your firm can proceed on
behalf of Bank of America on all cases for which we have requested your representation.
Due to the volume of ongoing cases transferred and the need for immediate action to protect our interest
in ongoing foreclosure matters. including trials, it is counterproductive to the needs of both Bank of
America and the judiciary to execute individual consents for each pending. transferred case. We
therefore consent to the attachment of a copy of this letter to your Stipulation of Substitution of Counsel
and/or Motion for Substitution of Counsel for every case set forth on the attached exhibit that has been
transferred to McCalla Raymer, LLC.

consent, as well as authority over the retention or withdrawal of law firms.
