D Puck Movement
Drill starts on the whistle. D picks up a puck behind the net and makes an outlet pass to the F. F goes down and shoots. D stops at the face off dot and goes back around the net and makes another outlet pass to the F on the other side. D skates to the dot and stops. Goes back around the net and makes a pass to the center F. After that the D swings and gets a pass from the next D in line and goes down and shoots. The drill starts again with the next D. After you shoot you come back to the other end. Key Points - Keep your feet moving, make eye contact with the F, tape to tape pass. F's have your stick on the ice in a good passing lane.

Rim
On the whistle (both ends) D skates backward to the pucks. Picks up a puck in the circle. F skates between the dots and open pivots on the half wall. D passes the puck to the F. F goes down and shoots on net. D follows up and recieves a hard rim from the coach. D walks to the middle and shoots on net. F screens and tips. Variations: D can pick up behind the net and stop and come out the same side. You can send 2 F's and have one the D man wheel can make a pass to the wall or the middle.

Key Points: High tempo, heads up, F's stay in the center circle
