Abstract: Our product Category is Gym/Fitness centre(Health & Fitness).

The Research Methodology employed will be the Storytelling Method. The Customers will share a lot of Qualitative aspects with us. Our Sample Size is 25. We will be visiting the Branded Fitness centres in Bangalore like Talwalkers, Fitness One, Ozone-O3, Snap Fitness, etc. We will be collecting Qualitative data from the Fitness enthusiasts & Gym Instructors on various aspects like what are all the things that a Customer looks for before choosing a particular Gym/Fitness centre like the ambience, Quality of Trainers, Equipments present, location constraints, Hours of Operation, the Clientele who visit the Gym, Basic amenities available like Showers, Personal Lockers & Change rooms and the fees they charge. By doing this research, we will be trying to find out what aspects the Customers give priority/importance to while choosing a particular gym and evaluate the Post-joining behaviour of the Customers.
