We all have plans and big dreams when we are young.

So many people want to have a great life but still have no idea what their purpose in life is. or. is that they think things will eventually start getting better. They go through each day hoping that their job. or their relationships will all of the sudden get into the right path. each person is different and is looking for different methods to fulfill their intentions. Of course. they will finally be acknowledged by their boss and rewarded with more responsibilities and a bigger salary. Here is another example: ’'I was like that. their relationship or physical state will somehow improve. their goals and their purposes.
Depending on the other commitments in your life. Begin to enthrall yourself in your purpose. Your purpose in life is not something that you hate doing it is something that you love. If you are not sure what to choose then just pick one and start working on it. it’s their purpose. but try to spend at least an hour a week on it. Try to spend at least a couple of hours each week for a month. do the same thing for the next thing you put down on your list Now it’s time to take action. you may not be able to spend as much time as you’d want to.So how do you find your purpose? How can you tell when you've found your own way? The first thing that you need to do is writing down all the things you enjoy doing and would love to do in the future. many people identify their purpose in their hobbies. After you have written all these things down. narrow it down to the top 3 things. To them it’s not work. Once that month is up. That’s why you can find people still ‘working’ well past the age of retirement. concentrating on one of these things. they are not something that you want to hear. We are not required to move about frantically looking for all the things we need to accomplish our goal. I suggest that before you even try to make sense of all this. worrying about whether or not it will find what it needs to become the tree it was meant to be.”
When we hit rock bottom we ask ourselves “What is wrong with me” and you are desperately looking for answers to that question. All we must know is that we already have all we need to get started. When a seed is planted in the ground. How many of us tend to blame everybody else when things go wrong. All we must do is act now on the people and circumstances immediately with us now. you must accept that you are 100% responsible for your actions. Instead of asking yourself “Why or how did this happen” ask yourself “How can I change it or improve my current situation. it does not have to push its way around the dirt. and most often. it is like planting a seed.1. and you will only attract more negative vibes around you. but we never seem to put ourselves in any part of the reason why.

When we plant an idea in our subconscious mind.
what positive aspects you could benefit from. everything around us changes. and they get their mind to agree with them. and the moment we decide to move on. and as you slowly started to be a bit happier. to guide you in applying these ideas into your life without forcing you to ingurgitate tons of useless material. you started getting your act together. things got back on track. attracting exactly the same vibes as you were putting out. and show how different things can be if you act in a certain way. unfortunately some people because of their inherited belief system refuse to see it. and the more you tried to get on with your life. the more things aligned to make it better. Try to remember what you learnt from that experience. as it is no good enough just saying the words. The only way that you can change your mind.4 Pull yourself together
I suggest you make this small exercise and go back to a certain point in your life and think of something terrible that has happened to you. Try to remember how that episode had made you feel and how you became more and more depressed. but by showing you exactly

The simple act of setting a goal. and your unbounded belief that you can actually do it. it will not seem so bad. will generate a chain reaction of events that will eventually lead you towards your goal. The radio simply made it perceptible. Don’t start analyzing every idea that crosses your mind. Does that make sense? So where can you start? Start by asking yourself this question: “What do I want to achieve?” What is it that I truly want? Why?

"This time I'm REALLY going to take serious action!”? Perhaps you have even started reading the latest edition e-book and you've had some success. I felt lame.. but nothing has changed.. ☺ But first. Everyday you choose what you do with your time. let me tell you that you are missing ONE THING.. if you believe it’s not your fault then you’re always looking for someone else to blame for your current circumstances and failures.
What I’m suggesting right now is that you take the time to create a PLAN of what you're going to do. You are missing something that no one has told you about yet. I chose my life. but it’s the truth.. But what is it? It’s. This ONE THING is keeping you from success and without knowing it. Just as it was MY fault for being unhappy and not getting the results I wanted in my own personal development journey.

Every morning before getting out of bed and at night before going to sleep.

There was an idea that I‘ve found while reading an online article.Actually. I have read it and applied the information for nearly a week.

Every time you set a new goal start with simple questions: “Why do I want to do this? Why is this of real importance to me? Why must I achieve this?” Your next step is finding the answers to these questions and discovering a powerful reason or a sum of reasons that will determine you to make all the necessary efforts in order to accomplish the goal. This is the key to success. This is a normal process.
If you ask someone that has achieved his goal how he did it. This is the proof that the idea mentioned above is not just a simple theory. but all of the sudden your ambition and energy disappeared and all this was replaced by a sense of failure. When you realize that the plan you followed for accomplishing your goal is not working. or delay it for many times… If you are one of the people wanting something in their life but not having it yet. So. not everyone can fulfill their dreams and some of them will end up coming back to their old habits in a matter of days or even hours. finding a better job. This will not allow you to give up your dream. he would most probably tell you that he really wanted that thing in his life and with his determination he was able to accomplish his dream. quit smoking. such as starting a business. give it the biggest importance that you can. Still. Every day millions of people decide to make a big change in their daily living. finding their soul mate and so on. and many people went through this during their lives. try to find out what stopped you from having it. when you want to achieve something.goal. For most of us this reason can be very exciting. they end up giving up too soon because they weren’t able to find a good reason to support this decision.” Reason: “Because I want to look good and be attractive”. but very few will improve their financial situation with this start. Here are a few examples of not so great decisions:
Decision: “I’ll start a new business that will bring me a monthly income of $20.
.it’s because you didn’t have the best plan. Even if they start a new business.
You can avoid this by following 3 steps. Find the reason why you want what you want
. simple and yet are extremely powerful. are capable of changing your life. even if this has something to do with money. I assure you that. but this doesn’t last because we forget the main reason of doing what we want to do. Step 2: Discover the Power of “Why”. Without a powerful “Why” reason your chances of achieving the goal will be minimum and your motivation will gradually disappear. The truth is that most of the time we make decisions to change big things is our lives and we start with huge enthusiasm. the results will surprise you. choose the results that you want to have really clear.
Step 1: Think of what you want to change and make a decision
Decide on the goal you want to achieve. once you understand these simple steps. most people don’t do this. Be specific in your choice. just because they are afraid to be honest with themselves. your body. but not powerful enough to convince you to push the limits and not to give up until you reached the goal. The best service we could do to us is to clearly state why we want something and keep this in mind every single day. Still. but try and be honest to yourself. your “why” reasons. You must discover deep inside you the reasons that will give you the power to create a good strategy and the strength to follow it until you reach the goal. be sure that you have them in your mind all day. help yourself by finding the answers to a few questions.In order to follow this step. Don’t let these ideas slip away. Imagine yourself how it feels to have what you want and remember yourself why you won’t be happy with anything less than that. Spend at least 15 minutes every day feeling the emotions you’ve turned into words and put on the paper.

Once you pass through each question. and so on. try to create in your mind a list with the answers. So it’s really important to experience some of them. find the answers to some simple questions:
What do I want to learn and why do I want to learn this? Do I have the discipline to follow this plan? How much am I willing to spend in this process? How do I choose the best products? Take a good look at all the results from your life.’' All that you accomplish or fail to accomplish with your life is the direct result of your thoughts. if you are in love. Think what kind of relationships do you have.
If your budget for personal growth is low. spend it. Once you assign a certain amount of money for your personal growth. If you feel that an expensive seminar or buying a self-study course will help your development. 2. Below you will find some things that will be helpful in making better info product purchases. start acting upon the areas from your life that need a very quick change. do not buy it. under-spending is also not a wise thing. scan the list and find the most appropriate item for the current circumstances. I guess I‘ll just watch TV after all… Being too tired: I’m too tired to do anything right now. Procrastination is an escape.

I will surely regret it later and feel miserable 2.

When I’ll complete my work. I’ll gain financial freedom. promising ourselves things we have always wanted. When people will read my book. associated with pain. If I don’t do it. 3. when taking action. when the book is finished. Try to find ways that will help you taking action immediately. Now. When I will finish my book. 4. PLEASURE: 1. I will make some extra money. If I refuse to take action and write my book. What if nobody will appreciate my efforts of writing the book. Focus then on shifting the tone of your graph. If I don’t start writing the book I am just another mouth to feed and will not have contributed in this world with something I will be remembered by. 2. My need to avoid pain pushed me formerly into giving up my goals.

Don’t tell me you haven’t thought of jogging but gave up the idea. even something small as jogging carries with it a number of painful elements: I have to go all the way to the park I have to stand others staring at me I have to put out my sportswear I have to take a shower Once back. my own set of values is driving me to start doing something and create a useful book that people will enjoy reading. we often feel overwhelmed and drop everything. But.
Technique 2: Chunking
The second reason people give up easily when wanting to achieve something is that the goal or the assignment appears TOO BIG in their mind. and spent a few more hours in bed. Jog 3. If there is more to do than the conscious mind can handle. We usually tend to make things bigger than they actually are. The previous example with jogging can be cut down on three parts:
1. You can start creating you pain and pleasure sheet and see how motivated you’ll start feeling in achieving your goal. I will have no time for anything else
No way. Feel great and full of life!
. and it is even stronger than the one I may possibly feel about writing it. forget it! And YES. Wake up 2.The pain of not writing what I have planned is pushed to the limit. Sometimes. Chunking Rule: Our conscious mind can only hold a limited number of things to do at one time.
Do you keep putting off doing things? Do you really think there will be a better time than the present when you’ll give up watching TV and start doing what you have to do? Did you know that almost 99% of people don’t hold control over their feelings? Either they start their day in a good mood. I’d rather do it first thing in the morning. as it really won’t happen. and discomfort and enjoy your day! The most important part of becoming successful is to be able to TAKE ACTION.” I really don’t want to do that now. as long as you tell yourself: “I really am not in the mood…!” You can start creating the perfect emotional state you need to start achieving your goals. chunk them down into 3 simple steps. Your emotions depend on two major factors: What you focus on What you do with your body
Have you ever heard anyone saying these things?
“I’m not in the mood right now. Focus on these 3 steps and you’ll soon feel more relaxed and more balanced. by using these methods. Instead. Most people believe that their feelings are some sort of enigmas that cannot be controlled. Forget about fear. I’ll do it some other time.Whenever you are feeling stuck or procrastinating. Don’t wait for the right time to occur. and how PAINFUL they are. try to find ways to chunk down your goal into steps.”
They could actually be your thoughts occurring on a regular basis. or they don’t. Stop thinking of ALL the things you have to do. pain.
but you don’t lose as much as you have planned. you become discouraged and give up your plan of losing weight. and give your body the energy it needs in order to take you towards your goals. If you can’t notice any improvements in your weight loss effort after a few days of diet and exercise. Most people let their negative emotions stop them from reaching their goals. Learn how to use your body to create more energy.How to change your focus: Suppose you want to lose weight. don’t let your emotions change your plans! Think that maybe you need to change your diet. is to make is to make a drastic change in what you’re doing with your body. Start changing your focus on feeling healthy and full of energy. or to work out a little harder. Don’t let the “now” change your outcome! One of the biggest secrets to success has nothing to do with the outcome. Results will eventually appear and you will feel grateful and excited about your accomplishment. Move fast. So. then you spent the rest of the day telling the others about what you discovered in this book. You are curious to see if there is more good stuff in the next chapters.
