Name of FS Student: Mary Jane D. Salamanes Course: Bachelor in Secondary Education (Bio-Science) Year and Section: BSEd 4C Resource Teacher:Mr. Nelson Bello Signature _________________ Cooperating School: Gadgaran Integrated School Your Target At the end of this activity, you will gain competence in managing time, space and resources to provide an environment which is appropriate to the learners and conducive to learning. Your Map To reach your target, do the following tasks: Observe a class. Using a checklist, find out the evident classroom components. Describe how the classroom is structured/designed to allow everyone to participate in the learning activities. Relate the data in your checklist to the learner’s behavior. Reflect on how classroom management affects learning.

Your Analysis 1. What should the teacher have in mind when he/she designs the classroom organization and routines? What theories and principles should you have in mind?
. Classroom Procedures
It helps the students know what are the different rules during laboratory activities. How did the classroom organization and routines affect the learner’s behavior? The classroom organization and routines affects the learner behavior in a sense that it serves as a guide for the students on how to manage their task and it also serve as a guide for them to change their attitude because they know that their teacher is monitoring their behavior. 2 columns and in every The students are crowded columns there are 6 in their seats so the rows. I would also do different exercises to measure their learning and checking all their activities. Which behavior strategies were effective in managing the behavior of the learners in motivating students? Why were they effective? I guess the effective strategy in managing the behavior of the students is the recitation or the student centered strategy so that the students will be attentive to the discussion and will focus their attention to the lesson. Always wear I’d. and to make them know their limitations when they are inside the classroom. Make a list of the rules you are likely to implement in this level. If ever I will be organizing a classroom. they should learn to face the world independently without depending to others. By this theory we can help our students to work or learn independently. Follow the rules and regulations inside the class. 3. Wear proper uniform. In what grade/year level do you see yourself? What routines and procedures would you consider for this level? Why? I’m imagining myself in the first section in the second year level. what would be the outcome of those things if it is effective or not. I guess the theory of John Dewey which is the experimental learning or the learning by doing. The teacher should bear in his mind when he designs the classroom organization and routine. No cheating during the exam. Why would you choose these rules? Come to class on time. Imagine yourself organizing your classroom in the future. I’m choosing those rules to discipline the students to be responsible and to have a discipline to their selves. 2. Should learners be involved in making the class rules? Why? Yes. 3.
