Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT)

MSIT had its inception in the year 2001 and is currently offered at IIIT-H, Hyderabad , JNTUH SIT, Hyderabad and JNTUK Kakinada. MSIT is also being offered at JNTUA, Anatapur from this academic year. MSIT follows 'Learning by Doing' approach with Project Centered Curriculum aimed at producing employable IT professionals for the Industry. It also develops relevant Soft Skills that enables students to excel anywhere in the world.

In collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University to provide world class IT Education.

Eligibility
2 Year MSIT : B.Tech / B.E (All branches) or Equivalent Degree / Post Graduates in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics / MCA. 3 Year MSIT: B.Sc. (Mathematics / Computer Science / IT ) or BCA or equivalent degree.

Application & Entrance Test

Admissions are based on an entrance test conducted from May 23rd, 2013

For candidates with GRE scores above 302 / 3.5 or equivalent old scores also considered. (GRE should have been taken after July 2010). Those candidates with TOEFL score above 79/120 (IBT) would be exempted from taking the Listening Comprehension test in the stage II of the entrance test. (TOEFL should have been taken after July 2011).
