    Dr. Patricia S. Coffey is a Program Advisor and leader of the Health Technologies for Women and Children Group within the Technology Solutions Global Program at PATH. She also serves as the Director of the Health TechV Project which develops and implements innovative health technologies across the value chain. Dr. Coffey designs and implements field research, conducts monitoring and evaluation, and interprets research results relating to novel technology designs/approaches such as chlorhexidine for umbilical cord care, equipment related to neonatal resuscitation, and maternal health commodities such as MgSO4, among others.
