ALUAT PENTRU PIZZA 1 pachet margarina 250 gr.

Branza de vaci 1 borcan mic de iaurt sau smantana 1 ou o bucatica drojdie de bere (junatate dintr-un pachetel mic) sare, piper, cimbru, busuioc faina cat cuprinde Se dizolva drojdia in iaurt sau smantana si apoi se amesteca toate si se face un aluat Se lasa la rece o jumatate de ora. Se intinde o foaie din jumatate din aluat peste care se aseaza resturi de mezeluri taiate bucatele mici. Se bat cateve oua in care se pune sare, piper, cimbru, busuioc. Se baga la cuptor. Cand este aproape gata se rade cascaval si se mai baga putin la cuptor. Pofta buna.
