Kari – fingerless mittens

Size: Wrist 10-14cm(15-19cm) Yarn: Drops Karisma (105m/50g) Dpns 3,5mm Leftover yarn in a different color

Cast on 36(42)m. Work rib 3x3 for 8 rows. Then start with the pattern(repeat over the whole row)

1: knit 3 purl 3 2: knit 3 purl 3 3: Slip 1 stitch as if knitted, k2, lift the slipped stitch over the 2 knitted, p3 4: k1, yo, k1, p3

Repeat the pattern 10 times. After that, knit the first row of the pattern. On the second row, knit the first 6 stitches with at piece of yarn in a different color. Put these 6 stitches back on the left needle and keep knitting that row and row 3 and 4. End the mitten with at 3x3rib for 8 rows, bind of loosely.

Thumb Pick up the stitches on the different colored yarn plus two extra stitches on each side, total 16 stitches. Knit a 2x2rib for 6 rows, bind of loosely.

Then, all you have to do is to knit one more, exactly the same and weave in all the ends. Hope you will enjoy it!
