Ladies and Gentlemen of the United States Congress, I am here to discuss the ethics associated with robotic warfare

and possibly provoke some thoughts in your minds so that you may really think about where things are going and if we as a nation really want to go there. I believe our nation has the ability to do anything we put our minds to, and building a robotic army is no exception. I learned on Spiderman that “with great power comes great responsibility”. So even if our country has the means to do anything, what are some questions we should ask ourselves before we crank up the machine of production in the US and turn out the most devastating robotic army ever? I would like to be addressing congress in this speech and make them aware of where things are going and whether or not we agree with how it will most likely change the world and the way we see the battlefield.
