INTRODUCTION
This course covers Structural Equation modelling (SEM) based on variances using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The two-day workshop provides extensive, detailed knowledge on how to use SmartPLS 2.0 software and provide detailed description and interpretation of the outputs. Those Participants who are currently involved in quantitative research and particularly interested in carrying out data analysis will derive maximum benefits out of the workshop. The live examples and case studies will be discussed to expose practical knowledge on SEM. Individual attention will be paid to train the participants to solve decision making problems on their own.
