Phoenix Houses of California is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subs and/or suppliers to provide Office Equipment, Office

Supplies, Training Supplies, A Clinician which shall possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or another professional licensed by the State of California to provide mental health services in California and have a minimum of two years of experience providing trauma-informed services. Transition/Continuing Care Counselors which shall possess either one of the following requirements: Associates Degree and two years of experience providing cognitive behavioral treatment to the offender population, or four years of experience as a certified counselor providing transitional services. For women’s in-prison trauma informed, gender responsive, cognitive behavioral therapy re-entry program services at California Institution for Women in Corona, CA and at Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla, CA

Phoenix House provides substance abuse treatment to adolescents and adults in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties. We also provide similar services for inmates in California’s correctional system.

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (“CDCR”) has issued a request for proposal to provide In-Prison Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. Phoenix Houses of California, Inc. plans to submit a proposal to CDCR to implement these services.
