Cost for booth space: NON CRAFT Vendors selling retail items 1. $400 for a 10 X 10 space, $350 if paid in full before May 1. 2. $600 for a 10 X 20 space, $550.00 if paid in full before May 1. 3. If you require larger area please contact us. 4. Limited Electrical is available for and additional $125.00. You must supply your own power cords. $25 deposit required with application and balance due by May 1. Make Checks payable to Great River Days Inc. Make checks payable to Great River Days, Inc. This will be a 3(three) day show Thursday Saturday rain or shine. Location: Riverside Park along the banks of the Mighty Mississippi. The event is free to the public with entry at Cedar St. & Mississippi Dr. Set up on grass and NO stakes are permitted to be placed in the ground. You must use sandbags or other type of weight to tie down your tents. The set up time is Thursday after 9 am. The show hours will be the posted event hours. All vehicles must be off of the access street before the start of each days activities.

Other Show Rules

1. Cancellation policy: Cancellations before May 1 loss of deposit. No Refunds after May 1. This is an outdoor show and will go on rain or shine. NO refunds in the event it rains. 2. $25 charge for checks returned for any reason 3. It is your responsibility to provide your own tables, chairs, tent etc. See below for rental items. 4. Confirmation will be sent by email. (regular mail if email is not available 5. Items to be sold must be pre approved by the show management. 6. The sale of firearms, obscene materials or illegal items is strictly prohibited. 7. Exhibitors will not begin tear down before show closes 8. Exhibitors will be confined to their designated space. 9. No Sale or Discount signs allowed. Only one price tag allowed. 11. Great River Days, Inc. \ City of Muscatine is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, theft or vandalism to exhibitor, its property and employees, caused by any act, event or occurrence or act of God or other exhibitor, and Great River Days, Inc. and City of Muscatine shall not be responsible for the safety and security of your property either during of after the show hours, nor shall Great River Days, Inc. \ City of Muscatine be liable to the exhibitor or their employees for the loss of injury from any such cause. Exhibitor hereby assumes full responsibility therefore and shall hold Great River Days, Inc. and the City of Muscatine harmless from any and all loss or damage arising on account of this agreement.
