IN THE SUPREME COURT FOR THE STATE OF ALASKA

THOMAS A. LAMB, Appellant, vs. BARACK OBAMA, Appellee

) ) ) ) ) ) ) Supreme Court No.: ) ) Superior Court No.: 3AN-12- 09961 CI ) ) ) ) )

MOTION TO WAIVE SURETY/COST BOND COMES NOW THOMAS A. LAMB, pro se, pursuant to Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure 204 (b) (5) (c) motions this Court to waive the surety/cost bond that is filed to cover costs of litigation. The Appellant is acting pro se and the Appellee has not answered the complaint in this case. Nor is it expected that the Appellee will answer this Appeal. No costs would apply.

The issues in this case are of public importance which add reason to waive the surety/cost bond. Just recently a case of voter fraud was adjudicated by jury in Indiana.1 The fraud was falsification of voter signatures used to place both presidential candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the 2008 ballot in Indiana. In the article it is suggested: The case raise questions about whether in 2008, then candidate Obama actually submitted enough legitimate signatures to have legally qualified for the primary ballot. Therefore, because of the foregoing reasons, it is respectfully requested that the surety/cost bond be waived. Dated this 2nd day of May, 2013
