My Loving Husband

As the years go by, I stop and think about all the memories we’ve made. The good times we’ve
shared and the love between us that keeps growing. You are not only my husband, but partner,
my best friend and soul mate. You are a blessing from above- one that I do not take for granted. I
thank you for all the things that you’ve done for me and the kids. Not only are you a wonderful
husband, you are a terrific father, provider and caregiver. You give so freely to all those you
know in such a loving way. Your generosity is inspiring! I love you more than words, more than
life. I am forever grateful for your love and proud to be your wife.

I am so completely in love with you. I wake to think of you and I sleep to see you in my dreams.
Your love has made me love my life. Everyday seems like a blessing since I have met you. I feel
so lucky and honored to be in love with such a talented, handsome and intelligent guy. I love you
with all of my heart. Thank you for sharing your love with me. It is truly a wonderful gift.

There are so many reasons; so many causes that make me love you. Thanks for all the happiness
you bestow upon me. Thanks for making me see what I don’t see. Thanks for camouflaging my
faults. Thanks for tolerating my idiosyncrasies and playing along with them. Thanks for making
me overexcited.

I pray each night for strength to see the difference in duty and your love to me. I am so very
proud of you! I stand beside you through thick and thin, through all life will throw our way;
Knowing that our special love will guide us in the right direction each and every day. For you are
my heart and soul. Without you here, I merely exist from day to day. You are the keeper of my
dreams, the one who holds my heart in your hands. You are the one I spend most of my time
thinking about. I lie on the ground and stare into space; the stars start to move in the shape of
your face. I see you there now, looking down at me with that cunning smile that I like to see. You
say “close your eyes and tell me what you see.” I see only two people just you and me. We are
walking the shoreline of PR, with our feet getting wet. The horizon turns pink, on that white
sandy shore. Then I hold you, while thinking I could want nothing more. Oh, I wish I could be in
that one special place as I lie on the ground and stare into space. Your touch is with me always.
It’s burnt into my skin. Your voice is never silent. It’s forever in my ears. Your arms always
holding me, like the strength of angel wings. They support and protect me with the safety of true
love. I can never repay you for the joy you bring to my life. However, I can always be true, a true
wife. But I am a very proud wife. You are the sun that always seems to brighten up our day. You
are our shining star above, perfect in every way. No matter where we are or what we are doing,
one thing that always stays with me, is how you love me.

Thanks for holding my hand when I need your touch. Thanks for hugging me hard when I need
your warmth. Thanks for wiping my tears when I cry so foolishly and last but not least, thanks
for loving me the way you do… I love you all the way down to my toes and up to my brains and
a lot more in the middle!! Thanks for making my toes squirm, my heart flutter, and my arms
stronger from holding you. Thanks for making my life richer and for continually inspiring me to
do better and be a better person. I love you more than I could ever tell you.
