Non-party Sebastiaan Provost’s Motion to Intervene and Quash Subpoena (document no. 42) is hereby withdrawn. Moreover, the court denies as moot Government’s Motions to Dismiss Motion to Intervene and Quash Subpoena (document nos. 43 and 46), vacates the court’s order granting non-party Sebastiaan Provost’s Motion for Leave to Reply (document no. 52), and denies as moot Non-party Sebastiaan Provost’s Motion for Leave to File Reply (document no. 47). It is so ordered this 19th day of April, 2013.
