Location. The conference and short courses will be held at the

Program. The program begins on Sunday, June 9 with tutorial lectures at 5:00 pm and the opening session and plenary lecture at 6:45 pm. A Welcome Reception in the poster/exhibit hall will follow. Monday through Thursday will be full program days of concurrent oral sessions, poster sessions, and workshops. Poster sessions are scheduled 10:30 am to 2:30 pm to allow four hours of viewing. The program will conclude on Thursday, June 13 with a plenary lecture followed by a Closing Gala at the Convention Center (ticket required). 100 Years of Mass Spectrometry. ASMS will contemplate and celebrate 100 years of mass spectrometry through special exhibits, sessions, and posters. Every registrant attending the conference will receive a memorable gift. Guest Badge. Guest badges allow access to the Welcome Reception and hospitality suites. Guests may not
attend the posters, talks, or exhibits. A purchased ticked is required for the Closing Gala.

Corporate Membership and Exhibits. The participation of the ASMS Corporate Members is an integral part of the conference. A Corporate Member exhibit booth or hospitality suite provides access to over 6,500 scientists attending one of the most dynamic scientific conferences in the world. details on airfares and airport transportation.

Accommodations. ASMS has negotiated very competitive hotel rates. Housing will be managed through an online housing bureau. Housing will open in January 4, 2013.

Register online: www.asms.org The deadline for advance registration is April 30. Those who have not registered for the conference by April 30 may register on-site at the Convention Center. An additional $50 is charged for
on-site registration. There is no on-site registration for Short Courses.

Cancellations. To cover the cost of handling and processing, $40 is deducted from the total refund for cancellations. Conference registration cancellation must be received in writing on or before June 3, 2013. Short Course
cancellation must be received by April 30.
