Step 1: First you get two people to stand at the end of the elastic with the elastic around

their ankles.

Step 2: 1-3 people stand at the side of the elastic and jump into the middle. Step 3: You jump out, one leg on each side. Then you jump to the left with one foot in the elastic and one foot out. You jump to the right and then back in.

Step 4: You jump out like in Step 3 then you jump back in. Step 5: When you jump out this time, land on the elastic so the elastic is trapped under your feet.

6) After you finish Step 1-5, the people holding the elastic put it a little bit higher and you repeat the steps.
