Modification in ILA Related to Policy III.07

WHEREAS, this Interlocal Public Service Transit Service Agreement is consistent with DART Board Policy III.07, Fixed Route Service Beyond Service Area Boundary; and

Revision following previous Board meeting:

Whereas, this Interlocal Public Service Transit Agreement is subject to and consistent with DART Board Policy III.07, Fixed Route Service Beyond the Service Area; and Whereas, DART Board policy III.07 contains additional requirements that must be addressed and met if this agreement is extended or a subsequent agreement for transit service is entered by the Parties;
