The results of flow calculations in the flame tube simulator with round section showed that the flame opening angle was practically the same (31°) at the decrease of the tube diameter from 300 mm to 230 mm. The flame attachment was detected to the change of the flame opening angle outlet the burner. as an example the velocity profiles are given in figure 1. Thus it is necessary to eliminate the flame attachment without increasing the flame tube cross section area.25. Solid Works Flow Simulation 2009 software was used for calculations. Though the flame attachment to the flame tube walls is possible in this case due to the significant increase of the flame opening angle compared to the natural conditions.
