As you relax and unwind you now you feel yourself drifting down deeper into a be autiful hypnotic

relaxation. You see yourself in a warm comfortable, inviting darkness and as you relax you d rift down deeper. You see in front of you a staircase going down into the darkness and you start t o take the steps down. There is a handrail for you safety if you feel you need i t. Down the steps you go, relaxing deeper into hypnosis as you take each step. As I count down from 10 1 you relax deeper with every number I count and every step that you take. (Count Down from 10 1 including suggestions of deepening) Your eyes are getting heavy and closing down. You are going deep, deep, and deeper into a pleasant state of relaxation. Your mind is alert and aware, and your body is relaxing, perfectly. Now I am going to count from three down to one. With every count take a long slo w deep breath. Then exhale deeply, and allow yourself to relax deeper and sounde r than ever before. Okay, three breathing deeply, two, inhaling deeply and exhaling. Feel the tension leaving your lungs and drifting away from your body. One, deeper and more completely relaxed than ever before. You feel relaxed, focused and totally calm. Each time you practice this exercise, You will find yourself relaxing to a great er and greater degree. Your body feels totally relaxed as your mind is keenly alert, aware and very pow erful. Here you can achieve anything you want when you follow your own personal power. You will sleep better when its time to sleep and you will find more energy when you are awake. Your powers of concentration will become stronger and stronger. Your life is getting better and better. Day by day, in every way you are getting better and better. You feel good, you feel fine...you feel perfectly relaxed. Each and every deep breath that you take lets you relax deeper and deeper. Relax ing and letting go. Each and every sound that you hear allows you to relax deeper and deeper. Nothing will disturb you. Just breathe deeply and relax deeply. Let your body relax and drift down into the darkness. Let all of your muscles relax as you gain control over the powerful subconscious part of our mind. All of your cares and troubles are just drifting away. You can bring them back at any time you want. However, it feels good to let them drift away at this time. But it feels good to let them drift away at this time. Each and every breath you take allows you to relax deeper and deeper each and ev ery sound that you hear, allows you to relax deeper and deeper. Deeper, more relaxed and safer than ever before. You are going down deeper and more relaxed in this wonderful state of deep hypno tic relaxation. Your mind is keenly alert and aware, and your body is relaxing perfectly. Now see in your mind that with your eyes closed down tightly, you can see a wond erful picture in your imagination. You can see a beautiful relaxing scene around you. You make be picturing a beautiful daytime scene with mountains and trees, or a l ake or the ocean shore. Or, you may be picturing a comfortable room or place tha t is very quiet and still. Whatever picture you hold in your mind, just hold it there and relax deeply and soundly. Now I want you to change the picture to the night sky. Picture in your mind the night sky. It may be a sky filled with a full moon, planets and stars or it might be an ove

rcast night that is very dark and has little light. Whatever sky you picture is the correct one. As you picture the night sky in your mind, you body relaxes deeply, very deeply. All of your muscles are going loose, and limp and lazy. As your body relaxes you find yourself concentrating better and better. Your pow ers of concentration are becoming more acute and more pronounced. I want you to count back from one-hundred down to one. Now count to yourself slo wly from one hundred down to one. Count 100, 99, 98, 97 and so on. As you are counting see the numbers in your min ds eye. Continue counting slowly. You find yourself concentrating easier and easier. You body is relaxing as your concentration becomes easier and easier. Keep counting and as you do you are relaxing and going deeper into this wonderfu l state of mind. Go deeper and sounder into hypnosis. You feel good. You feel fine. You feel perf ectly and completely relaxed. Stop counting and drop the picture of the night sky. Relax and let go of the images of the night sky. You are relaxing more with each and every breath that you take and each and every sound that you here. You are finding that day by day your powers of concentration increase. You are a ble to concentrate better on the things that you are required to concentrate on whether they are at school or work or play. It feels good to be able to increase your personal power of concentration. Day by day you gain powerful concentration powers. You amaze yourself and everyo ne around you on your ability to concentrate. After you awake from this session you will find yourself better able to concentr ate on the world around you. It becomes easier and more fun to concentrate. Each and every time you hypnotize yourself or I hypnotize you, your personal con centration powers will become stronger and stronger. You notice stairs in front of you leading up into the light. 10 you take the steps up the staircase becoming more alert As I count up from 1 and more awake with every step that you take and every number that I count. On the count of 10 you will awake refreshed and re-energised. Feeling wonderful and calm. One coming more awake now Two relaxed and very, very calm, step by step Three feeling lighter now Four feeling confident as you take the steps upwards Five more aware of the room around you now Six relaxed and confident with yourself Seven almost home now, up the steps we go Eight feeling wonderful in your thoughts of a great future Nine calm and better than you felt before Ten eyes open and welcome home
