Medical Assistants should have positive attitude, and should be well-organized and flexible to work in all changing scenarios and cases. Key Responsibilities of Medical Assistants The key roles of a Medical Assistant New Jersey is to update patient charts, perform STAT tests, track and report the patients with various fluctuations and signs, collect blood samples, use various medical devices, organize papers and various medical records, collect tissue and urine samples and other useful data of patients for tests in labs and prepare essential medical devices and instruments under the control of licensed professional. All in all, a medical assistant has to assist a licensed medical expert by performing all relevant tasks. They can play various roles including, desk clerk, phone operator, medical record keeper, billing administrator, medical coordinator, screening assistant and as just a medical assistant for the physician to address symptoms and collect various samples in various tasks as discussed before.
