The decision is of the “post-it” type, which appears as a framed digital image, superimposed on the May 22, 2013 Notice of Obstructionist Conduct in the Court. The decision record does not bear the name of the court and is unsigned, and was served with an unsigned authentication letter by an unnamed “Clerk”. The decision record says: Decision Request No 16 in File No 1829-06-10 Judge Esperanza Alon I read the Request/Notice. It is a well known rule, that filing with the Court shall use the appropriate respectable language. Pursuant to Regulation 91(a) of the Civil Court Procedures, and based on my authority and consideration, I order the striking of the Request/Notice for inappropriate language. The Office of the Clerk shall serve on the parties. May 26, 2013
