thin 1 grated carrot ½ c dry sherry pinch nutmeg 3-4 drops hot pepper sauce 3 c cooked chicken breast meat, diced ¼ c fresh whole wheat breadcrumbs 3 T grated Parmesan Cook pasta. 375 degree oven. Whisk milk and cornstarch until well blended. Add broth and pepper and boil, whisking frequently for a minute or so, then reduce heat to low, whisking until thickened. Stir in mushrooms and carrot, partially cover and simmer until vegs are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in sherry, nutmeg, pepper sauce and chicken. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place pasta in dish. Add sauce and toss to combine. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake 25-30 minutes, until bubbly.
