Good morning to all. I’m Mr. Adarlo and Today I will tackle all about Bureaucratic Management.

Bureaucratic Management, also known as “Ideal Bureaucracy” was developed by a German sociologist named Max Weber.

It includes the concept of division of labor, authority hierarchy, formal selection,

formal rules and regulations, impersonality and career orientation.

Weber believed that the more impersonal, rational and regulated the work environment, the more likely the employees were treated fairly and the organization was to reach its objectives.

He perceived that only through concentrating power in the hands of a few people in hierarchical structure could an organization be managed effectively and efficiently.

Okay! This is the end of my very brief discussion about Bureaucratic Management. Hope you learned something. Thank you. 
