Introduction: After you are getting and running Raspberry Pi, if you may want to take some screenshots of your raspberry pi so that you can share your experience with others. Scrot: Scrot (SCReen shOT) is a simple command line screen capture utility that uses imlib2 to grab and save images. Lightweight Package(800KB) Store the image in Various Formats and Resolutions.

Installing Scrot: Open the LX Terminal and type the following prompt sudo apt-get install scrot

To take a screenshot, just type: Scrot To take a screenshot after 5 seconds. scrot -d 5
