DAILY REGIME FOR DIET NOTE: Hydration - drink 6 glasses of water adding both a lemon slice and orange
slice, throughout your day. Make sure you use glass and not plastic, and before you drink activate its energy by holding the glass by your stomach, up to your solar plexus, infuse it with energy, feel the water as you drink in your mouth, throat and in every single cell of your body.

LUNCH - before 10 am • o o o o Green Salad - single serving Organic Medley Mix available at most grocers sliced almonds walnuts 4 or 5 blueberries and one sliced strawberry
o dressing - use less than the recommended serving amount, Neuman's, Annie's etc. • Activation: hold the salad at your root chakra, up to the solar plexus and heart chakras. * DINNER Wait a few minutes then have the salmon steak
• shot of apple cider vinegar carrots • 1/2 tsp of Baking soda/water
. mixing with olive oil and dill is nice. Cauliflower.
NOTE: If your weight is stable go ahead and eat what you normally eat for dinner. activate it placing under your tongue and feel the energy throughout your body. but if you'd like to lose weight then maintain this regimen for at least a month and witness the results. stay away from pork or pork products it's poison!

Another salad with either Tuna or Salmon Target grocers have frozen wild salmon skinless chunks you can substitute tuna.
