A quality teacher values each student as a unique person with individual needs as learners. 2. A quality teacher engages her students in the learning process with inspiring energy and emotion. 3. A quality teacher is creative in her teaching technique and is willing to explore new approaches to subject matter. 4. A quality teacher is a good listener to her students and to their parents. 5. A quality teacher is a perpetual learner, continuing to better herself and increase her knowledge so she can in turn become an even more efficient teacher. 6. A quality teacher is organized in presenting her lessons. She avoids confusion in subject matter and methodology. 7. A quality teacher displays efficient and effective classroom management. 8. A quality teacher is passionate and enjoys her students and the learning environment. 9. A quality teacher does not show favoritism; she displays equality to students by moving around the room, calling on everyone, making eye contact with each one or acknowledging each student through out the day. 10. A quality teacher can display humility; expressing when she is wrong and asking forgiveness, not being afraid to state she doesnt know an answer, but will be willing to find it out, etc.
