1. Save this document in your H Drive using a filename that includes your name and the name of the activity. There are two parts to this activity These photos are of four call centre agents. You are going to answer some questions about the non-verbal cues they display.

Which agent do you think is demonstrating the most professional non-verbal cues, suitable for a customer contact centre? For each agent, describe your first impression based on the non-verbal cues you see. For example, do they look easily approachable and friendly? Choose 2 of the images where you feel the person could improve their nonverbal communication cues. Suggest how they could change their non-verbal cues to present a better image. Imagine that you are going to speak to Samantha and George about their sales figures. Would you modify your messages to suit the non-verbal cues you can see? Justify your answers and, if appropriate, describe any modifications you would make. 2. Upload the file in moodle and send to your teacher.
