1. The University registration for Odd Semester - 2013, Academic Session 2013-2014 for PhD, M. Tech, B.Tech, B.Sc. and Diploma courses will be held on 15th July 2013. The fee can be deposited by two ways (a) Gateway system in JUET Account through JUET Webkiosk as per instructions provided overleaf. Our bank details are as under:i. IFSC Code : ORBC 0100610 vi. Account No. : 06101011001247 vii. The Webkiosk gateway will be open from 10 June 2013 to 10 July 2013 only. OR (b) The entire fee be deposited in one installment by a crossed ‘A/c Payee’ Demand Draft favouring Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology, Guna payable at any Branch of a Bank at Guna. DEMAND DRAFTS OTHER THAN GUNA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT ALL. Cheques or cash will not be accepted. No student will be allowed to stay in hostel without full payment of Hostel fee. NRI students are required to pay Tuition Fee through NRI’s foreign account or NRE account maintained in India and Hostel Fee may be paid in Indian currency converted at prevalent exchange rate. They cannot pay their fee through Webkiosk gateway. Those students on whom fine has been imposed during current semester are required to deposit at the time of registration in cash. Without deposition of fine registration will not be done. Late fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged in case the registration is not done on 15/07/2013 and this is applicable only upto 22/07/ 2013; after that fine will be Rs. 100/- per day of delay. All students will also pay Rs. 400/- as first installment of JYC subscription. This will be paid in cash and collected under arrangements of JYC. There shall be only two examinations conducted in a semester instead of three examinations w.e.f. July 2013 Odd Semester. *Hostel fee is applicable for those who avail hostel facility. Page as per screen shot will be displayed Select a Registration Code (e.g. Odd Sem 2013) from the drop window. Click on right (√ ) button. Student details will automatically appear on the screen (screen shot -1 attached). After verification of the same the student should press the execute button. Student fee details showing the previously paid fee and current dues shall be displayed (screen shot-2). Press on Pay Now button. Thereafter, the option for mode of payment shall appear i.e. Credit/Debit card or Net banking. Select the preferred option (screen shot-3). Fee Due amount, Transaction cost for on line payment and Total due amount will be shown. Pay now will lead to payment gateway. On Successful payment, student will be re directed to the Fee Receipt page which he/she can generate or save. In case of transaction failure, a Message will be displayed accordingly. If any error occurs during the transaction or otherwise Payment deducted, but Fee receipt not generated, students will be advised to view the On-Line fee paid history provided on the Left hand side Menu (below the Pay Fee On-Line Link). In this students will be advised to contact to Accounts or IT support dept for their quires. Al students are required to visit the website www.juet.ac.in regularly for further updates.
