CIVIL AIR PATROL

UNITED STATES AIR FORCE AUXILIARY

CADET SENIOR NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER CERTIFICATE OF INDUCTION

Presented to

[NAME]
In the Civil Air Patrol cadet program, a Cadet Master Sergeant joins an elite group. Sergeant is an ancient, honorable term that denotes a person possessing special skills, trust and integrity. You are now a Cadet Master Sergeant, which means you have mastered the techniques and abilities required of cadet noncommissioned officers. As you progress to Senior Master Sergeant and Chief Master Sergeant, your title may change but not your designation as a cadet senior noncommissioned officer. Because of your actions and performance, you have earned the respect and trust of your superiors and subordinates. By experience, performance and testing, you have been advanced to the grade of Cadet Master Sergeant. You are now a Cadet Senior NCO. More will be expected of you, more will be demanded of you; not because of the stripes attached to your collar, but because you are now a Cadet Senior NCO. The day will soon arrive when you will take the Billy Mitchell Award exam and enter the ranks of cadet officers, but the time you spend as a cadet senior NCO will be an experience you will never forget. We now welcome you into the “Top Three” ranks of Phase II of the Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program. Presented this       day of [MONTH], [YEAR]
