Q: I cannot enroll for a course. I get the following error The learner cannot be registered because they are already registered for this offering. A: Kindly check if the course is present in your Enrollment (My iCALMS - Learning Enrollments). If yes, kindly launch the course from this page. If not, kindly check of the course is present in your Learning History (My iCALMS Learning Learning History). If so, kindly click on View Content to launch the course. Q: I get the following error while enrolling for an offering: The following prerequisites are not successfully completed: Required Prerequisite:CourseXXXX A: The course for which you are trying to enroll has a mandatory pre-requisite course CourseXXX that needs to be completed. Click on Go to Catalog button and search for CourseXXX. Complete this course first and then you can enroll for the earlier course . Q: I get the following error while enrolling for an offering: The following prerequisites are not successfully completed: Recommended Prerequisite:CourseXXXX A: This is not an error. It is only a warning. The course for which you are trying to enroll has a recommended pre-requisite course CourseXXX that needs to be completed. It is not mandatory for you to complete this pre-requisite. If you wish to proceed without completion of the recommended pre-requisite, kindly click the Register button and continue.
