Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients for a standard pot pie:

~Pie crust for a 2 crust pie.

~2 boneless chicken breast, cubed and cooked


~ 1 large baking potato, cubed and cooked
~3 cups frozen mixed vegetables

~1 can Condensed cream of chicken soup


~3/4 cup milk
~1 tsp. each Salt, Herbs de Provence (this makes it!)
~1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Turn on oven to 350’
1. Make/defrost piecrust, place one shell in glass pie dish.
2. Sauce- Wisk together cream of chicken, milk and seasonings
3. Mix sauce with cubed chicken, potato and vegetables
thoroughly in a large bowl.
4. Pour into uncooked crust, top with second crust, pricking
with fork to make vents and seal edges.
5. Optional: wisk 1 egg yolk with 1 T. water and brush onto
pie crust before baking.

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour & 15 minutes or until quite bubbly.
