100g unsalted butter 100g corn syrup ¼ tsp baking soda 100g brown sugar 1tsp salt ½ tsp vanilla Popped corn

Heat the oven to 150C Melt the butter, stir in the corn syrup, sugar and salt Bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly Boil without stirring for 4mins Remove from the heat, stir in the soda and vanilla (it will foams) Pour the mixture over the popped corn immediately (it’s harden if wait for too long) and mix well 7. Spread the coated corn into large cake pans and bake for 45-50mins, stirring every 10mins. 8. Take out of the oven and let them cool, the corn will be crisp
