2020 SOCIAL - ENTERPRISE / ORGANIZATION 2.0 PRACTICE

WHAT IS 2020 SOCIAL’S “ENTERPRISE PRACTICE” GEARED TOWARDS?

2020 Social defines Enterprise 2.0 as the way how social technologies and tools are deployed within the organization for employees to communicate with and collaborate with each other as well as with important stakeholders to achieve strategic business results. These results would be around:

  • a. Enhancing Productivity

  • b. Drive Innovation

  • c. Reduce costs

WHAT WILL WE DO?

We are looking at a three pronged approach to help organizations leverage this:

  • 1. Helping and advising CXOs on how to govern the adoption and usage of social tools by employees. This would be primarily be driven by Advisory Services

    • a. Workshops for CXOs, employee champions and ordinary employees

    • b. Helping clients draft Policies for social tools entrenchment and usage and addressing issues around security and confidentiality without impacting the social of social collaboration.

  • 2. Help large organizations increase innovation and/or reduce costs – by making special initiatives (idea platforms, employee communication, employee engagement) or specific groups/Businesses (like Sales, Marketing, R&D) “social” enabled – building secure workspaces online to trigger conversation and discovery that results in better information and communication.

  • 3. Focus on a specific niche group – professional services firms (engineering design firms, advertising agencies, Law Firms, CA firms, HR and training firms) and help them increase collaboration and productivity by implementing enterprise social collaboration tools that achieve their strategic business objectives.
