Ghiveci din legume Ingrediente: o telina, 1 morcov, 1 patrunjel, 1/4 varza, 3 ardei grasi, 7-8 rosii, citeva buchetele de conopida, 2 cepe

, 150 g de fasole verde, 2 cartofi, patrunjel si marar verde, sare, piper, 1 pahar mic de ulei Mod de preparare: Tocati varza foarte subtire. Cartofii se taie in rondele, iar fasolea verde se rupe in bucati. Taiati morcovul, telina, ardeii si patrunjelul in felii. Puneti toate legumele astfel pregatite intr-o cratita mare, adaugati sare si piper dupa gust, puneti rosii decojite, turnati uleiul si dati vasul acoperit la cuptor sa fiarba 40-50 de minute.
