John Doe. Address Department Date Director Institution Address.

Dear Director;

I have maintained my position at Dept for the last x years. From the time i started my work, I have worked very hard in the ward department and have earned the respect of all my superiors. I have learned everything to exceed the best. Unfortunatelly, i wasnt able to have a chance to be rotated to other departments. But now, I wish to take on a new challenge. I would like to formally request a transfer to any special area if possible. I asked some of the head nurses who have available slots in their respective department and surprisingly initiated their interest of including me in their group in providing optimum quality of services and care. I am confident that I will be able to transfer my work ethics, skills, knowledge and cheerfullness towards the other department. Thank you very much for considering my transfer! Sincerely, John Doe
