Ingrediente

• • • • • • • • 2 borcane mazare sau 700g mazare proaspata 2 morcovi o ceapa 4 linguri pasta de tomate 3 linguri ulei o legatura de marar sare piper

Instructiuni:
Tocam ceapa marunt, iar morcovii ii taiem in felii subtiri. Adaugam ceapa la calit in ulei incins. Cand ceapa a devenit aramie, adaugam morcovii. Mazarea se pune intr-o strecuratoare si se spala sub jet de apa rece. Apoi se adauga peste ceapa si morcovi si se pune apa cat sa acopere mazarea. Se lasa la fiert 20 minute. Se adauga pasta de tomate. Se mai fierbe inca 5 minute, apoi se sareaza si pipereaza dupa gust si se adauga mararul tocat. Se poate adauga si o foaie de dafin impreuna cu pasta de tomate. Pofta buna.
