Equality of Effort Form – Group contribution Group Work – 10% of final mark
As a group, it is up to you to decide who is going to do which bits of the coursework. However, for you all to get the same mark, it is expected that everyone puts in the same amount of effort. If all group members are in agreement that the amount of effort put in by each member has been equivalent, then you should all sign section A of this form. If it is agreed that not all group members put in the same amount of effort and this should be reflected in the marks awarded to each member, then you should complete section B of this form. Section A We are all in agreement that that the amount of effort put in by each member has been equivalent and that we should all receive the same mark for the coursework. (20 marks for each group member=100 marks in total for a group of 5) Name Signature Date

Section B We are all in agreement that that the amount of effort put in by each member has not been equivalent and that we should receive marks in proportion to the agreed amount of effort that each group member has contributed, as below. (Divide total marks between the group of e.g. 100 marks between 5 members) Name Effort (as percentage of coursework) Signature Date
