COAL IS SUPPLIED BY MCL (FROM TALCHER AND IB VALLEY COAL MINES) AND TRANSPORTED THROUGH RAILWAYS. DISTANCE FROM MINES TO SIMHADRI IS APP. 600 KM. COAL IS UNLOADED AT TRACK HOPPER (LENGTH 225 MTR 20 WAGONS CAN BE PLACED IN ONE PLACEMENT). COAL IS UNLOADED THROGH BOBRN RAKES.
