Cathy Fielding Bio and presentation

Hi Meredith, Here below is the information you requested. My presentation here at the college was rescheduled from January to February and is coming up in a few weeks. If you copy & paste this link into your browser, you can see the posted announcement (scroll down to February 20th.) < I've already alerted them that they spelled both Adjunct and Fulbright incorrectly, so I hope they will correct that ASAP. > February is also when we're doing the rest of the lessons & activities planned for the elementary school, so I should have no problem getting that information to you in a timely manner. Title/position and school(s): Librarian, Monroe May Elementary, Northside I.S.D. in San Antonio, TX (full-time) AND Adjunct Librarian, Northwest Vista College, San Antonio, TX (one of the community colleges in the Alamo Community College District (A.C.C.D.) Fielding earned her M.L.I.S. from the University of Texas at Austin; Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, and is also a graduate of San Antonio College. She has nearly 20 years experience as a teacher and librarian in San Antonio public schools, and taught for three years at the American School in Asuncion, Paraguay. Currently, she is Librarian at Monroe May Elementary, in Northside I.S.D. in San Antonio, Texas - a Dual-Language and ESL campus, with an active partnership with the University of Texas at San Antonio.
