Meet the Star Speakers:
President and CEO | Nuts and Bolts Training Company Is an author, lecturer and expert in change management. Jim is on the cutting edge of school and salon business development practices and as such is considered by many owners to be a key factor in their business' success. As a former salon chain and prestigious school owner, he is a committed educator, who before starting Nuts and Bolts devoted his time to the growing day-spa business as Director of Education with the worlds largest spa operations company. Jim teaches that there are no magic formulas, just good business practices. About Nuts and Bolts Training Company: Jim formed Nuts and Bolts Training Company in 2003 and since that time, the growing list of member schools have introduced the Nuts and Bolts student training programs to thousands of student service providers across the US. Proponents of Nuts and Bolts say they provide real hands on training with real solution-orientated experiences and NO FLUFF.

Mark Debolt
As a career colorist, Mark aspires to enhance beauty through the art of professional coloring. A Wella Design team member since August 2011, and a Wella Technical Specialist since March 2009, Trend Vision nalist for USA, and stylist, Mark draws inspiration from arts, nature, the runway and technological innovations in hair color. He has trained and worked with some of the greatest artists of this generation. I want to make the world a more beautiful & colorful place.

Jason Schwind
Jason began his career on the East Coast, and through apprenticeship earned both a barber and cosmetology license. I consider myself an artist foremost and a businessman second. I have ne art training from MICA: Maryland Institute College of Art and extensive hair training In his 18 years of experience as a hair designer, Jasons unique and innovative work has been seen on television, lm and in print. My education as well as my experience is boundless and includes 12 years of experience working with Graham Webb: 8 of those years as part of the design team. Jason has traveled throughout the US participating in a wide variety of venues from small class formats to high prole shows. He is also a studio educator and work regularly on creating trend collections and formats. Jason gets his inspiration everywhere from architecture to music and Modern Art. I keep in touch with subcultures, which eventually inuence mainstream trend, by following: music, X-sports, and fashion. I also keep abreast of the media and global trends. Whether behind the chair or on stage, Jason uses his extensive cutting training and his color knowledge to create the best image: I have and have melded many styles to create my own.
