Search in various job portals like Dice, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp etc. and through references. • Screening of resumes and match them against the Technical requirements. • Speak with the IT consultants/ software professionals in the US market and get the relevant information. • Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. • Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay-rates with subcontracting companies. • Dealing skillfully with US Citizens, GC, EAD, and H1B Candidates. • Desired Skills & Experience • Experience in working in US Staffing/ Consulting/ IT Recruitment Industry. • Level of Experience - 6 months to 3 years • Excellent Communication Skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Willing to work in night shifts (US PST Timings)
