The 8-week MBSR course is an internationally-recognized stress reduction program, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., for the University of Massachusetts Medical School. The most widely researched program of its type, MBSR uses mindful meditation, mindful movement, mindful communication, and mindful living to cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and improve health, healing, and well-being, both physically and psychologically. It can even help you improve your relationships!

Choose either Tuesday mornings, Oct 1-Nov 19, 2013, 10:00 am-12 noon or Wednesday afternoons, Oct 2-Nov 20, 2013, 3:30-5:30 p.m. Both sessions are 8 weeks and held at the Aprill Wellness Center, 107 Aprill Drive (off Jackson Rd.) Ann Arbor, 48103 And Include a Daylong Retreat, Saturday, November 9, 10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Held at Matthaei Botanical Gardens 1800 N. Dixboro Rd, Ann Arbor, Mi 48105
