Ever since the Red Court vanished one night there has been a power vacuum in Los Angeles

. Territory has been carved up into magical gangs that operate independently from the non magical (ordinary) society that are unaware of their existence. The magical community pulls magic or the "juice" from the less savoury aspects of social behaviour, as well as ley lines and channels them with tags - a kind of magic grafitti. Types  Taggers o Scouts and messengers they are trained in enough magic to use small thamatugical circles (must use a magic user’s blood to activate the circle). A Tagger can keep up several square blocks claimed for the gang.  Heat: Weak Thugs o The basic muscle of the gang the can keep the normal populace in line and are trained to recognize supernatural threats. They can also be used to muscle to generate cash or fear in extortion, robbery, and other criminal acts.  Heat: Strong Dealers o The middle men of crime they make the most money by selling drug, people, or other services. The dealers focus on taking what resources you have and getting the most money out them.  Heat: Moderate
