Recruitment into our company is a complex issue that warrants proper thought and attention to do it justice, at this present time when we are battling forces that wishes to keep us in darkness, limit access to information and details on site, and feed us with a tirade of B.S and misinformation. We must break with past habits of recruitment and only recruit those that have a strong base of honesty with natural talents that is tempered with good education. Those bought up with the silver spoon but little natural talent that is forced through the education system quickly turns out to be polished crooks and journey men that lodges themselves in a safe employment to retire while still employed and still in their early years They very quickly builds defence and cocoon themselves convincing others of their great importance. One has to only look at our state service and health to see these phenomena. Talented personal can only be recognized by their equals and as they say in our native language “aithníon ciaróg ciaróg eile”. In this company we put the illiterate in charge of hiring and firing and recruitment in general, those uneducated elite make it their mission to swing the sickle at any individual showing talent drive or education with the result that by now as we look around us in the company we are very much devoid of talented men. Use of the fall guy method quickly disperses our rank of those showing promise. Firing should never be conduced on site but should be bought back to head office with reasoning given for each decision made. Elevating the uneducated elite to management level and they quickly loose the run of themselves, power that they never had goes to their head and they quickly turn to a Saddam Hussein style of management Fear and suppression in their forté. With this in mind recruitment must be given thought and not handed to an individual with limited abilities or that is intellectually challenged. They say that wisdom does not come before age and in some cases never does, so recruitment to senior positions in the company should only be done by our very few remaining wise men We must employ into the company team, for the benefit of the company and not for any one individual benefit
