To study the satisfactory level of employees on the performance appraisal given by the company. 5) To identify the factors on which the employees are dissatisfied with the performance appraisal given to them. 6) To review how the performance appraisal system helps in placement, selection, promotion and transfer of the employees. 7) To find out the problems faced by the staff in preparing their BBO’s (Business Building Objective). 8) To offer suggestions and recommendation regarding the existing performance appraisal system in the company.
